We are now seeking As a Mechanical Drafter on the Bibb team, you will perform 3-D pipe routing to create piping deliverables. You will create and update Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs) using smart P&ID software. You will model mechanical equipment in 3-D. During the course of a project the designer will update pipe routing and Isometrics per P&ID changes we receive based on vendor drawings. The piping model will be used to design piping supports. Our designers work closely with our Engineers to design pipe supports with input from stress engineers.

We encourage Mechanical Drafters with the following experience to apply:

• Associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting and Design

• 1+ years experience (will consider New Grads)

• AutoCAD 2010 or newer

• Autodesk Plant 3D experience

• 3D modeling of equipment and piping

• Routing piping in a plant environment

• Database-driven ("smart") P&ID systems

• No Sponsorship assistance
