Project Coordinator/Admin/Document Control

The Project Coordinator facilitates engineering and construction projects by collaborating with the Project Manager and project team; in providing and presenting administrative project information. This position coordinates both externally and internally with clients and project management for providing solutions in the execution of project needs such as;

Support in the development and maintenance of project documentation

Log in equipment drawings, code, and distribute to staff.

Actively participate as a reliable collaborator to gain the necessary knowledge to effectively answer an array of questions from clients and internal team members.

Supports multiple projects across the global practice

Supports the Project Manager and Project Team

Liaison for the client and the Project Team

Creates & submits transmittals such as drawings, specifications, lists & reports to the client via email & client cloud storage sites.
Qualifications
-
High School Degree required.

Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirements).

Position requires the ability to work independently, demonstrating accuracy, reliability, organization, and problem-solving skill.

Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored on the drive.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.

Positive attitude required.
