Bibb Engineers and Architects is seeking a Vice President to lead our Architecture & Facilities (A&F) Division for our growing multi-discipline engineering and architectural professional services firm. Bibb is a diverse multi-discipline consulting engineering firm serving the Power, Industrial and Architecture & Facilities markets. Our work ranges from power and manufacturing plants to government, schools, warehouses and distribution industries.  Significantly, we are capable of an array of design-build projects with contractors.  We are a “one-stop shop” for the markets we serve with all disciplines under one roof.  Bibb works anywhere in the continental United States.

 

Essential Responsibilities:  Lead Business Development, Architectural Design and Project Management, and manage engineering for all Architecture & Facilities Division projects and assignments.

• Business Development - Sell our services for A&F Projects

• Lead Architecture Design

• Project Management

• Manage Engineering Design with Bibb in-house engineering design staff

• Help grow the Division

 

Qualifications:  The VP will have demonstrated successful past experience in functional and creative architectural design and, preferably, in business development and project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture

• 5 - 10 years progressive experience in Architectural Design

• RA Licensed Architect

• Business Development experience desired but at least demonstrate sales capability

• Display Creative Architectural Design Talent as well as Functional Architecture
